1984 Isuzu Pup Diesel Pickup, owned by an extremely fussy perfectionist diesel enthusiast, completely restored, most work done by Jerry L. from Dacula, Georgia the premier Isuzu Diesel mechanic/restoration expert in the entire country, no expense was spared in this restoration, over $15, 000 in money went into this project, no rust to speak of, frame is perfect, 5 speed, 4 cylinder diesel, regular cab, long bed, selling due to new (large) house purchase otherwise would never sell it, close to museum quality condition, probably the nicest 84 Isuzu Diesel in existence!!! I'm gonna list the major parts replaced, complete engine disassemble/rebuild and balance, rebuild all 4 injectors, replace timing belt and adjust injector pump, replace crankshaft timing gear, new glow plugs, re-adjust valves hot/cold, compression test @ 420-422psi, replace water pump, thermostat and housing, all coolant hoses, coolant change and flush, radiator chemical clean and flush, new motor mounts, free flow exhaust with dual tailpipes 2 1/2 mandrel bent, transmission bearings, seals and syncros replaced, flywheel resurfaced, new 4 piece turbo clutch assembly, new u-joints, center driveshaft bearing, transmission mount, new hubs/rotors/wheel bearings, upper and lower ball joints both sides, inner and outer tie-rod ends both sides, center steering link, steering relay lever, strut rod bushings, sway bar bushings, steering damper, all 4 new KYB gas a just shocks, all new tires and American Racing Wheels, new rear brake shoes, hardware and wheel cylinders, new rear leaf springs, rear emergency brake cables, all new window rubbers and weatherstripping, complete custom cloth interior, new carpets, headliner, door panels, seat all new foam and custom cloth covering, all hand done by a local custom shop and it looks exquisite!!! 4500 miles since complete rebuild/restoration, brand new (rare find) Isuzu instrument cluster, brand new taillights, (rare) plastic bedliner, everything is new bumper to bumper, NO EXPENSE WAS SPARED!!!! Starts, runs and drives like BRAND NEW!!!! hundreds of dollars in spare new and used parts goes with it. ...always garaged!!!! 35 to 38 miles to the gallon on the highway, everything new from bumper to bumper. ..engine and transmission fully rebuilt. ..everything in motor was replaced with new! I thorough quality rebuild!! New pistons, piston rings, rod bearings, main crankshaft bearings, new camshaft, new valves, valve guides, valve springs, valve seals, engine was balanced, new oil pump, new freeze plugs, new harmonic balancer, everything new!!!
The paint I would call it a 10 footer, looks great from 10 feet away but there are some imperfections here and there, it is NOT an $8000 paint job. .. .but an extremely solid Southern truck, no rot, no rust, frame is like new, call with any questions, 401-714-4061. ...this truck is truly remarkable!!!!
