1968 Series 1½ in the
best British racing green with black interior for sale. This rapidly
appreciating asset has a matching numbers 4.2-litre
engine which produced the same power as the 3.8-litre
(265 bhp;198 kW) and same top speed (150 mph;241 km/h), but
increased torque from 240 to 283 lb·ft (325 to 384 N·m) which is
clearly seen when driving this classic. The low number of these cars
produced make them amongst the rarest of all production E Types. It was restored previously and it will take little
work to convert it back to a show car. It is in excellent condition, low miles
at 59868 miles and except for some minor flaws with the paint on the bonnet and
right headlight. This classic starts right up and drives with no problem.
Buyers are welcome to get it inspected. This is a no nonsense classic that
needs nothing to enjoy it to drive and little work to make it a show car. The “Series
1½ is already seeing rapid growth and prices and will continue.
