1964 Jaguar 3.8 Liter E Type Roadster. VIN
881421 A solid running and driving example of the highly desirable Series I
covered headlamp E Type. Older restoration (1990) that now exhibits
normal signs of usage such as minor paint chips, wear and tear, etc. The
interior is very good. The body and paint is generally good along
with the chrome trim. A small amount of corrosion is evident under the bumpers.
The 3.8L Jaguar engine block and head numbers (9:1 compression) match but are
not original to the car. The 4 speed Moss box is original to the car as
indicated on the VIN identification plate and verified by the Jaguar Diamler
Heritage Certificate. Extensive
history file dating to mid-1980s, recent comprehensive servicing to all
systems, a nicely presented and well cared for driver quality example of the
3.8 L Series I. This
