Description:
Series 1 XKE with matching numbers engine and head. JDHC Certified. Restored in the 1990's by D&D Classic Auto Restorations of Ohio, and recently freshened and ready for show or driving. Newer clutch, turned flywheel, rebuilt radiator, rebuilt distributer, dynamo, & starter. All synchro 4 speed transmission. The car underwent a complete repaint in 2004 with new rubber trim, and has been kept in a climate controlled shop / showroom since. It has beautiful fit and finish, outstanding paint, chrome, and body panel fit. Engine overhauled this summer with new Federal Mogul 9:1 pistons, pins and rings. Exhaust manifold renewed by Prairie Auto Porcelain. Documentation, receipts, and photos of restoration. Includes tool roll, jack, and many other items.
