| “This car was purchased new by me in 1988. IT IS THE ONLY CABRIOLETTE HAND BUILT BY JAGUAR IN A VERY LIMITED AMOUNT. I believe worldwide there were only 1500 cars built. Because it was a unique car it had to be built by hand as there was no special assembly line that could accommodate such a small run. It has minor scratches and dings caused by objects falling in the garage where it was kept. Considering the age of the car it would be considered a gem in the condition it is in. It is almost impossible to find a flawless gem. The car is owned by a non smoker and has never been in any accidents. Those of you that are familiar with Jaguars know what a rare find this is. This car has not even scratched the surface of its potential value. I am selling it only because I cannot drive it any longer due to my illness. I do not have the luxury of putting it in storage because of a lack of space. Some smart investor would be very well served because of the potential increase in value. Good Luck” |
