2000 Jaguar S-Type Sedan
REGISTERED, SMOGGED* CLEAR CALIFORNIA TITLE!
This California Jaguar S-Type features a 6 cylinder 3.0L engine and automatic transmission, with a 146K miles. Burgundy exterior with tan leather interior. Full power windows, seats, locks and mirrors and sunroof. Cold AC (though could use a charge to be colder) and warm heat. No check engine lights but boot open warning is on, meaning trunk is open, but sensor is faulty and trunk latches securely with no problem. Dome lights work, brakes stop fine, wipers, defoggers all work fine. Tires have OK tread. A good interior detail would do wonders. Car starts up first crank, runs and drives, fluids have been topped off, garage kept, non smoker, no pets and does not overheat or stall but transmission is due for service as shifter lever is off. Car does shift and drive including reverse and has not been an issue for me. There is a minor low thump sound in the rear left wheel area but I truly have no idea what it is. Does not affect the way the car drives. I'm not a mechanic, so I don't know, thus the car is being sold AS IS! Again, car is AS IS. Sorry, for the redundancy, but I've learned you need to be overly clear with ebay buyers.
This Jaguar has a clear California title/pink slip, comes with a smog certificate* and the car is currently registered thru Feb 2017!

This is an AS IS used car. A 16 year old USED CAR. You will NOT receive a new car. This motor vehicle is being sold AS IS with all faults, including but not limited to those described herein, as well as any other defects, whether or nor presently known or discoverable with or without inspection and operation of the vehicle. Should the motor vehicle be found to be defective after purchase, buyer is fully and soley responsible for any and all servicing and repair costs. If applicable, and unless stated above, should vehicle require smog in your state of purchase, buyer will be soley and fully responsible for smogging vehicle and any and all repair costs associated with making vehicle able to pass smog if such repairs and service are needed. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity. This vehicle will be delivered with a Clear California Pink Slip/Title, Bill of Sale, and 1 key. This is all the paperwork you will receive. Verify with your state if this is sufficient to register the vehicle in your state, as it is all you will receive.
