This is my pride and joy Jaguar XJ8. I hate to sell but I have school ahead of me and I cannot take care of her as much.
She had 3 owners ( within my family ) and she's well taken care of. All service done in Southern California at Hornburg Jaguar and in Napa at British auto repair and Meineke auto repair.
I've had the Jag since ~111, 300 miles and she runs smooth and fast. Here's a list of things the previous owner has done / I've done: ( within the past 4 years ) there's a lot more done since 2001.
- New headliner- New leather seats ( by now they do have a little wear; no damage ect except to the drivers side bolster ( very common in all cars )- New paint around 7 years ago. - New gas cap- New sunroof weather strip.- New serpentine belt- Brand New Leaper on the hood. - New clock- New Antenna - Cleaned Mass Air Flow sensor cleaner. 9 Now she starts within 2 seconds!- Added Lucas Oil additive.
Engine runs great; the timing chain tensioners HAVE NOT been replaced as confirmed by my british auto repair mechanic.
There's a large ~3.5 in dent on the back of the trunk. It can be easily popped out. ( Not included in pictures but happy to send a picture of it to you. )
I have all of the receipts, ect.
I want someone who will take good care of her. With respect and care.
Cleaning schedule: I try to keep my car as clean as possible.
- I wax every 3 months- Use a carnauba wax ( recently Collonite 845 )- Clean seats with Lexol cleaner / conditioner when needed.- Clean all plastics with Meguiars Ultimate Interior Detailer often.- Clean all wood with wood cleaner / polish every month. - Use a waterless wash if there's heavy dirt, dust ect after rain. - Use a car duster / Meguiars Ultimate Quik Detailer for cleaning up pollen. - Clean rims with speciality cleaner. - Vacuum when needed.
