Due to another vehicle purchase I have decided to sell my 1997 Jaguar XJ6. I have owned this car since 2012, and in that time it has never let me down. I had new tires put on last year (they have approximately 5, 000 miles on them). It also had a front-end alignment in May of last year. This car runs and drives well and it has been my daily driver for some time. It is currently registered and insured in Kentucky with a clear title.
It still presents well for its age, however, it has some cosmetic flaws. The left quarter panel is dented next to the taillight. It has the typical wear and tear for a car of this age, but it is still beautiful. I receive compliments on this car often when I drive into town.
There are two mechanical issues that I am aware of. The check engine light is currently on and when the shifter is placed in park it will not always hold. I have always used the parking brake anyway, so I have never had a problem.
