This 1998 Supercharged Jaguar XJR has 107, 000 original miles and it runs great. It has a very good engine and transmission and very nice paint with a straight rust free body. No mechanical problems. It has the supercharger and it has great power. 370 Horsepower. This vehicle has a salvage title. I purchased it from a wrecking yard over two years ago. Once it's sold to a wrecking yard the title becomes automatically salvage in California. The previous owner sold it to them because it had a bad transmission. They thought it was too clean to part out so they put it on Craigslist (I put the Craigslist ad they posted with the pictures of this car). I purchased it and had my mechanic installed a good used low mileage (30, 000 mile) XJR transmission in it. I drove it daily for over 2 years and it never let me down. Here's a list of work done since I purchased it: Used low mileage transmission, air filter, fuel filter, O2 sensor, brakes, battery, hood and trunk shocks, serpentine belt, steering wheel tilt adjust motor, 5/30 full synthetic oil changes and I had some oxidation areas painted with 2 stage paint with clear coat and it was matched well. I found the previous owners phone number on a service record and spoke to him about this car and he had the timing chains, guides and tensioners upgraded at 70, 000 miles. It has very nice paint. The front seats have tears and the headliner is sagging. Also the sunroof and CD Changer don't work. The rest of the interior is good. It fires right up and runs very smooth and fast.
