This is a '95 XJS Convertible. I purchased this car a few years ago and it was my daily driver until about 6 months ago when I replaced it with a '97 XK8.
There is nothing wrong with the car other than it is 20 yrs old. The car has been very reliable and for the most part only needed routine maintenance. I have done a few other things:
Repainted 2 yrs ago. The front bumper cover was removed, bottom side reinforced with an aluminum bar and fiberglassed over and all cracks repaired. You can see from the pictures that it looks brand new.Front Seat covers have been replacedReplaced head gasket 2 yrs ago, It wasn't a blown head gasket, just corrosion between the water port and cylinder. A valve job was done at the same time.Several water hoses have been replacedBrakes pads replacedCar comes with a custom XJS Convertible car coverTop Boot storage bag included.Arm rests and center console cover are showing wear and could be replaced to make the car like new but are not worn beyond useThe car doesn't currently have a radio but I have the factory radio that will come with the car. I had an aftermarket stereo installed and the mounting brackets for that will be provided.
Tires are ready to be replaced but I have another XJS with a fairly new set of tires I will install with the 'Buy It Now' option.
The car is NOT currently registered with the state of Nevada and will be happy to help coordinate transportation with the successful bidder. With a temporary moving permit, the car can be driven anywhere.
