Registered collector's car with collector's plates; 100% original, matching numbers. Current and previous owners are former Presidents of the Jaguar Club of Minnesota. Exceptionally well maintained inside and out. Garaged in climate-controlled airport hangar. No rust, leak-free, no dents, no dings, smoke-free, only 69k ORIGINAL miles, clear title, CARFAX certificate shown in photos section. Car has fuel injection and is solid in every respect, giving smooth exhilarating acceleration and shifting. Turn the key and it roars to life with electronic ignition driven by a brand NEW battery. Brand NEW Michelin tires have also just been added for this auction, giving perfect balance and alignment with zero side-pull during breaking.
The chrome alloy wheels with matching red details are in perfect condition and add a special pizzazz that makes this car unique and further sets off it's superior sports-luxury appearance. The Air Conditioning, Heater, Cruise Control, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Locks, Power Windows, Power Antenna, original AM/FM radio with cassette player, trip computer, clock, cabin lights, defroster, rear defogger, windshield wipers, switches, telescoping steering wheel, etc. work fine, except for the QCC (quirky cruise control, a common issue). The premium leather is clean and well-conditioned with no tears or cracks, except for a small inconspicuous area on the lower edge of driver's seat back (found commonly in cars of this vintage).
