You are bidding on a 1992 Jaguar XJS V12, with deep British green paint and camel tan soft top that both still look factory new. Body is free of rust. Tan leather interior shows normal leather cracking on lower areas of the seats, but no tears or holes. Carpeting still in very good condition. Dash and instrument panel very nice. This vehicle came to us as a trade thru an RV dealership. It comes with it's own car cover, leather tonneau cover, leather tool pouch. This vehicle has been well maintained and cared for. Chrome wheels show some wear and peeling of chrome, otherwise good condition. BF Goodrich tires at 60%. stack CD unit in the trunk with Kenwood in dash player. The top works as it should with no issues. The only issue we have noticed with this vehicle, is that it periodically hesitates to start on the key turn after 5 or 6 turn starts. This has happened only 3 times since we took possession of it. I took it to our BMW and Porsche mechanic and they thought it was the crank sensor and a couple of frayed wires ( they are not Jag specialist). However, $ 578.00 later, that was not the fix. The closest Jag Rep from our location is 90 miles north, so I have not taken to where I should. I do have copies of the inspection they did while it was in their shop, and it shows a very good report ( copies available on request). No other known mechanical issues.
