I am offering up for sale my 1991 Jaguar XJS V12 Classic Collection Convertible.
This car has only 3, 950 original miles on it and has been stored in a private, climate controlled museum its whole life. This is perhaps the lowest mileage car like this in existence. It was regularly exercised to maintain gasket and seal condition and has no leaks at all. Tires are perfect and not weather checked or cracked. Glass is perfect, chrome is brilliant and the paint shines better than any new car out there. (It better, I spent over $3500 at Auto Obsessed having it polished and waxed).
Everything on this car works perfectly. The top and headliner are perfect, the AC blows ice cold, the motor purrs like only a V12 can. The transmission shifts smoothly and works exactly how you would expect. The engine compartment is stunning and spotless.
Often people claim their vehicles are an investment with nothing to back it up. If you go to Haggerty’s website you will see the value of these cars has increased approximately $1000 per year for the last 10 years and one with this type of mileage, in this condition will exceed that. The triple black color combination, with the V12 and the highest trim level “Classic Collection” is the most sought after. I have all the history for this car including the original bill of sale, the original build sheet, all of the trinkets including touch up paint and Jaguar head cleaner for the tape deck.
I can go on and on about this car but I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story. I am only selling it because I am moving to a place that has 8 miles of gravel and there is no way I take this car there.
