This is a highly collectible low mileage 1987 Jaguar XJSC Cabriolet Convertible V-12 in excellent condition! This car needs nothing but a new owner! It has the looks and all the power of that big V-12 motor! This car has both the hardtop and soft top convertible option! This car is very rare and only one of one thousand that was ever made with the V-12 motor that was made as a Cabriolet Convertible model. Princess Dianna had one! Enough said of the class of this automobile!Unique tops for a unique car.It has fiberglass t-tops like a corvette covered in blue vinyl in the front with a center roll bar like a shelby cobra mustang center and with the rear soft convertible top or the rear fiberglass blue vinyl hard top for the rear that bolts on. What can you say except you have it all! A full blown convertible or the secureness of a coupe with the bolt on hardtop installed!The car has always been garaged and maintained with records and the paint shines as new !No rust anywhere on this car! The car has 74, 000 original miles and has had its recent service.New oil and filter, Tune-up, new belts and hoses, new radiator fan and fan clutch, new fuel pump, new in line gas filter, new antifreeze , four wheel alignment all performed recently. Also the car has 5 new BF Goodrich 245-60-15 tires installed on 5 new OEM Chrome Jaguar XJS new old stock wire type mag wheels. This was very expensive.These wheels were the last available and bought from Jaguar on line brand new! Also the car has 8 brand new KYB expensive gas shocks recently installed all around. Maintained? Pampered is more like it! The car has many new parts to go with it INCLUDING the very rare Lister Jaguar XJS body kit. {See the picture of the gold XJS} Google this! This body kit is a very rare dealer option. It is not a knock off and has the real Jaguar Lister Stamp on it. This kit is new and in the box with all instructions and hardware that comes with the kit it has never been installed on any car! The kit consists of the full front spoiler, the lower side body extentsion on both doors which are wheelweld to wheel weld, the rear wrap around body surround under the rear bumper and of course the rear deck spoiler{See picture of gold XJS}. A very expensive body kit indeed! Some performance up grades have been made.The car has a very nice MOMO wood steering wheel to match the wood interior. The original Jaguar leather steering wheel will be included. The car has the Jaguar Growler air induction air horns with K&N Filters installed with new performance exhaust mufflers installed with new twin pipe splitters. The sound is awesome! Not loud just a very low growl as a V-12 Jag should sound. However, all the original breathers and mufflers are included with the car. Also the five original Jaguar Starfish Mag wheels are included that are mounted on new 215-70-15 Radial tires. The car has the original documentation, owners manuals, repair manuals, dealer sales brochures, and optional Jaguar Toolbox with tools.A full collection of hardback books will go with this car also. Let's just say Classicmotorbooks has made money off of me. The interior is as new. No wear on the blue leather seats as they have been protected by expensive real sheepskin covers. I recently won this past summer a silver plate in concour competition with this car. Very impressive because this was a four state Regional Nationals Jaguar Club Concours meet! (See the picture of the very happy oldman)! The car is a beautiful silver blue metallic with blue leather interior and blue vinyl tops a very stunning combination. Don't know what else to tell ya? Why the firesale? Nothing wrong with the car! I have had it for over five years and every moment! My dream car! The problem is me! I'm old. I live on a fixed income and retired. I have done everything with the car I wanted. Went to all the shows and won all the trophies. It is time now to move and let someone else be caretaker.
