1956 Jaguar FHC MC Automobile listed is a project car that was started and now in-need of a new owner to complete or as parts. The body is in relatively good condition. some rusted areas ( pictured ) Missing are the left and right door shells, ( have the windows and regulators) , rear boot, left and right rear fenders and the C-Type Cylinder head. other than the parts listed the car is mostly complete, gauges, lights, interior seats and panels,
Chassis: has been rebuilt and is now rolling, sandblasted and re-painted, New: ball joints, upper & lower control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, front and rear shocks, leaf spring bushings, shackle bushings, motor mounts, wheel bearings, fuel pump and fuel lines,
Brakes: New, wheel Cylinders, brake lines, brake hoses master cylinder, bleeders, emergency brake cable, brake shoes, boots for rear cylinders, system bled. Transmission: 4 speed with new gaskets, seals and bushings included but not installed.
Differential: New axle seals, bearings, pinion seal installed.
Engine: block acid dipped, bored to 3.8, new pistons 8:1 w/new wrist pins and rings, rods magnufluxed & reconditioned w/new wrist pin bushings, crankshaft mafnufluxed reground and balanced, new oil pump and adapter. carburetors are rebuilt with new throttle shaft & bushings, engine is not assembled. I have located a bare C-Type head if your interested. The engine and the car can be purchased as is, can be assembled or a full restoration if you prefer, all for a additional fee.
