For sale is a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport (XJ) with 120k original miles, I6 4.0L engine, automatic transmission, it is 2WD, and it has all the power options inside. Clean title and clean accident free history.
It runs and drives 100%, engine is mechanically sound and transmission shifts good, no mechanical warning lights are on in the dash, all gauges work properly. It was recently put on a lift and checked over, there are no signs of major leaks, brakes were checked over and have a good amount of meat, no signs of heavy rot or rust besides your typical surface rust on hard parts. Tires have about 40% life.
Body is in excellent condition, this Jeep has all original paint, never in any accidents, and no sun fade spots. No paint is peeling anywhere! There is no rot or rust on any parts of the body. The only flaws I can think of are minor scratches on the rear bumper and drivers side pillar (both pictured), and the hood has some rock chips/scratches from the road, all of this is very minor especially for the over-all condition of this vehicle.
Interior is clean, and just shows very minimal-average wear, exceptionally clean for its year. There are no holes in the upholstery, or bad odors, the only flaw I can mention is the drivers carpet has a small hole-where the mat hook used to be, this is easily covered by a floor mat. All power options function properly, AC and heat work good, nothing inside has been modified or messed with, all original components.
Over-all this is a great looking Jeep that has been well maintained its whole life, it is hard to find these XJ's in such good condition without rot or modifications. You are more then welcome to bring your mechanic, and go for a test ride before bidding/purchasing. Sold AS-IS.
