Time for me to say goodbye and for you to say hello to this awesome 1983 CJ 8 Scrambler.
I am selling this jeep purely for financial reasons. I purchased this jeep when I lived in Florida. The previous owner brought it from Texas. I now live in North Carolina and I barely get a chance to drive it. It has never seen snow or salty roads. I would have to say, the only thing wrong with this jeep is it needs new front seats, the software top could use some love, and a paint job due to fading.
Every item I added was picked because it was the best on the market. I spared no expense and have invested well beyond $10, 000.
Where to start, this jeep is the perfect solution for someone that wants a toy, but doesn't want to start from scratch. Purchased in Florida and shipped to PA. I put it in antique status here and have stored it my garage since then. The only negative, it needs new paint (it has faded, the jeep has ZERO body rust and never has). I was gonna do this, but thought a buyer would prefer to get it painted so they can choose the color. Almost all of the upgrades have barely any miles on them. This thing runs awesome, the only reason I am selling is I need to purchase a new home.
This jeep is not about the showroom, the parts chosen were for future performance and quality.
