You are bidding on a 1982 Jeep CJ7. It is in excellent condition. Body is factory and not cut up or abused in any way. Just a clean CJ7 Jeep, for reliable enjoyment. It has the 258 I6 engine, and manual 4 speed transmission. Black exterior and black interior. Older paint, but in very good condition. Well kept, and always stored inside. New carpet. Steel aftermarket bumpers, with spare tire carrier. Excellent, like new, 32x11.5 BFG AT tires, with MB wheels. Polyurethane bushings. Overall excellent condition. I have owned the Jeep for two years, but driven it very little. Since I do not use it, I am selling to buy a different toy. Bid with confidence. Feel free to call with questions 214-551-4746. UPDATE: I have received a few questions since posting this listing, so I want to take the time to share the information with other interested parties. * The Jeep does have power steering * The 4wd works well, and the dash indicator for 4wd illuminates when you shift the transfer case. * The Jeep does not have AC. But it does have the compressor mounted to the engine. You would just need to add hoses and the under dash evaporator. Easy upgrade if you decided to do it. * The Jeep has disk front brakes and drum rear. These are not power assist brakes, but stop very well. * I am unsure on the lift, as I bought it already lifted. I think it is a 2 spring lift, but that is just my opinion. * I am not sure of actual mileage. The Jeep has been restored at some point and I have no way of verifying actual mileage. It looks and drives like low milage, but again no way to verify. * Engine and transmission run and shift very smooth. I was told when I bought it that they had been freshly rebuilt, but again I have no way to verify that so I cannot claim that as fact. * * There are only three defects that I am aware of with the Jeep.* * 1. There is a small paint chip, size of quarter, that has been repaired with tough up paint, on top of the fender - under hood edge. It can only be seen with hood open. Very minor, but wanted to mention. (Picture added) 2. There is a dime sized chip in the windshield, behind the rear view mirror. It is not in line of sight for the passenger or driver, so I have not messed with replacing/ repairing it. (Picture added) 3. The pump for the windshield washer system is not working. I haven't messed with trying to fix it, but I did price a new pump. It was $65.
Overall, still the cleanest CJ7 I have seen in person. I receive looks, thumbs up, or positive comments every time I drive it. I do not think you will be disappointed.
