Beautifully restored 1970 Jeepster Commando. Odometer reads about 79, 000 miles and is thought to be original although not verified. Dauntless V6 runs strong and smooth with an upgraded alternator, all new wiring harness, electric fuel pump and Pertronix electronic ignition. However, the engine compartment has not been detailed and shows the original green paint. Current color is Solar Yellow used by Toyota on select models in 1994. The color is very nice. Original GM T400 automatic transmission shifts properly. Tires have one year of limited use on them. Suspension is new with a 2 lift from Hellcreek. Wonderful new, Mercedes style upholstery on rebuilt original seats. New carpet and pad. Original power steering works perfectly. Brakes are new, work great but are not power assisted. Interior includes rebuilt dash, console, visors, glove box and steering wheel. No radio. After market roll bar. A nice, tan colored canvas convertible top with hardware is included but has never been installed. Most glass is new and all the rubber for the glass is new. New door seals all around. Paint is very nice but not perfect (almost). This is a great vintage Jeep ready to go and rarely available in this condition.
