A hard thing to believe…
We sell a lot of cars on ebay and a lot of them are Cherokee’s. Some are nice and some are rough, some have low miles and some are high but this one simply amazes me. Just came in, here is a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 260k miles on it and if it were legal and you turned the odometer backward, you would believe it had 70k miles on it. This is the most perfect running and nicest looking used car on the lot and I’m not exaggerating one bit. There is simply nothing for me to tell you about. This one is a testimony to the famous 6cylinder 4litre motor that simply won’t die and the automatic trans shifts perfectly. No noises, leaks, rattles lights in the dash, the car will drive you anywhere in the country safely and comfortably on a moments notice. The body is perfect. Not a dent or scratch, perfectly level original white paint, a clean undercarriage and although not buffed or waxed, a fantastic looking car just the way it was traded. The old owner must have kept this one in his bedroom. The interior is absolutely perfect with no rips or tears, beautiful carpets, dash and headliner, a clean cargo area and no signs or smells of ever having been smoked in. If you were looking at Jeeps and the miles on this one scares you, bid on another one but if you want a perfect running and very good looking car that I’m sure will go another 100k miles, here it is and of course it will be sold with no reserve so thanks for looking and good luck with the auction.

Please read this information thoroughly prior to placing your bid
Within walking distance of our car lot, there is a DMV agent that will issue Pennsylvania license plates and out of state temporary 30 day plates. They will accommodate all our customers within their normal business hours which are 9-5PM on weekdays and on Saturdays from 9-2PM. You can of course bring your own temp tags if you prefer. It is mandatory that if you need plates you bring with you your drivers license and your insurance card for your present car. Names, addresses and dates must be valid on both items.
Wholesale to the Public
We are wholesalers in the automobile business since 1949 and the mainstay of our business is to supply other dealers with vehicles that we have either traded or purchased in a wholesale capacity “as-is” with no warranties either expressed or implied.
Regarding Liens
None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. Since eBay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars as well as the late models, there are lien records showing up on the reports. All cars have had liens on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. Our cars do not have existing liens.
Administrative Fee
We have sold over 5000 cars on eBay in the last six years and have never charged any fees. However, the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $75 fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee.
“Prior to re-conditioning”
We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you.
This is a unique way of selling automobiles and if you are receptive to these conditions you will take advantage of the lower prices.

We do not want to discourage you from bidding, only to verify that you are serious! Without this contact your bid will be cancelled. Buying a car on eBay can be exciting and yet confusing and we simply want to help you make the right decision and have fun in the process.

Payment
If you are a winning bidder, kindly contact me via email immediately at the end of the auction for verification. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each other’s time.

This vehicle is being sold as is –where is with no warranty expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness or defects herein and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself/herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyers request prior to the close of the sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Seller reserves the right to stop the auction at any time with the exception of the last 12 hours as per eBay rules.
