This sale is for a 1966 Jeep Gladiator long bed J-3000 body only. This is a beautifully preserved, extremely solid body from New Mexico. Also comes with the New Mexico title given to me by the previous owner. The polished aluminum data plate and Jeep Gladiator trademark decal can be seen on the door post, left side of cab picture.
This body might be a great replacement for someone who has a rusted out Gladiator with a good donor chassis and interior or maybe somebody would like to try and continue to install on a 2001 Chevy chassis, I have too many other projects.
The previous owner modified the firewall to mount on a 2001 Chevy chassis as I understood. I have a firewall out of a 1981 J-10 that I'll throw in if the buyer wants it. It has some minor body damage caused by previous owner during loading but absolutely no rust to repair.
The areas of damage are as follows: -Right rear cab corner post from a strap to the Bobcat bucket. I have another corner to throw in if wanted. The doors are now mounted and shut perfectly only the sheet metal is distorted on the cab corner.
-The near perfect rust free tailgate was damaged by slinging a chain front to rear to pick up the bed, what was he thinking??? There is additional Bobcat damage to the right rear flare.
What's included: Basically everything in the pictures pertaining to the truck body. All the rhino grille parts are there, headlight bezels, pie pans and emblems are in the box. Hood hinges are there as well as the hood which is nice and undamaged, You can see part of it in one of the bed pictures otherwise I don't have a picture of it. Also not pictured, the dash is included however the instrument panel is missing.The radiator support, part of it can be seen behind the grille in the front end picture.
Pictures were taken a couple years ago prior to packing it all in the barn. The body is painted turquoise.
What's not included: The bench seat in the cab. The inner fender wells were missing when I got it.The trailer the parts are sitting on or anything not part of this truck in the background of pictures.
