Up for auction is my 1995 Jeep Wrangler. I have owned this Jeep for 5 years and it has been my daily driver for the last 2 years. The Jeep had a 4 inch suspension lift installed when I purchased it and I installed an 8.8 inch rear axle with disc brakes built by East Coast Gear Supply about 2 years ago. The 8.8 is a much stronger axle than the stock Dana 35 and also allowed easy conversion to 4 wheel disc brakes which really helps make this Jeep stop like it should. I ordered the rear axle with a 4.10 ring and pinion installed and also ordered a new 4.10 gear set for the front axle which I had professionally installed by High Country 4x4 in Boone NC. I also installed a set of stock length greasable front shackles from Currie enterprises. The tires are 33x12.50x15 Goodyear Wrangler Dura Tracs with less than 3 thousand miles on them. Everything else is stock and original to the vehicle.
This Jeep is in excellent condition for it's age and absolutely rust free. There are some small scratches and dings from normal wear but the Jeep looks phenomenal for its age. The interior is in good condition but the driver seat does have a tear from entering and exiting the vehicle. The rest of the seats along with the door panels and dash are in very good condition.
This Jeep starts, runs, and drives like it should. The legendary 4.0 straight six makes ample power and torque to make driving fun. The 4.10 gearing and 33 inch tires match up well and the Jeep is happy at 70 mph on the interstate as well as cruising the backroads with the top down. The four wheel drive works well and shifts easily though I have only used it on a few occasions when fishing with my family. I have never taken the Jeep off-roading or mudding.
I am selling this Jeep only because I had to replace our family tow vehicle. It has been an excellent vehicle for my family and I am confident it will be an excellent vehicle for you and your family.
