I have a folder that is an inch thick full of all service records. Jeep is in great shape with no rust. Clear coat on hood is peeling but paint is fine. Can refinish for $100 at any paint shop. Engine is in perfect condition. Tires are almost brand new with full tread. Aftermarket Bestop soft top with no tears or holes. All zippers in good working condition. I have a pair of Iron Horse steel step bars that I will include as well. They an easily be attached with some new bolts to factory frame holes.
Do an internet search for a 97-02 TJ with this low of original mileage with only a single owner. They don't exist. This is an incredible find for a potential jeep owner!
Only two minor issues I know of are the air doesn't blow out of the 4 main front vents, but does through the floor and defrost vents. I have been told it is a minor switch replacement behind the console (common TJ issue) or possibly just a disconnected vacuum line (another common TJ issue). Both are cheap/easy fixes. Also, the turn signal doesn't automatically click itself off. You have to manually do it (not really a problem, just takes a few drives to get used to doing it).
Vehicle is located in Charlotte. Willing to drive up to an hour to meet someone for the exchange, otherwise it will need to be picked up here either in person or by a trucking company.
