I have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler SE 2.5L 5 speed. This jeep has been through the works, it has a rebuilt engine that has been bored .80 over by Hamilton Machine Performance (a company that specializes in Bonneville Salt Flat racing engines and hot rods). The engine was Dynoed after it was built and produced 180 HP at the crank. The engine was rebuilt around 154000 miles. The new engine has been through the break-in period and oil has been changed at 1000, 3000, and 5000 and currently has about 6000 miles on it. The jeep is daily driven so the miles are slowly rising. The Jeep has many aftermarket parts on it installed by myself and the previous owner, such as- -Skyjacker 4 lift (recently replaced skyjacker nitro 8000 shocks)-1 inch body lift-Full winch setup (not currently hooked up or spooled)-Rock crusher bumper with D-rings-Spare tire carrier with Hi-lift jack mount-CARR step ups-CARR light bar mount (No lights included)-KC Windshield light brackets-Two KC reverse lights (Not hooked up)-Newer panasonic radio-33 BFG All terrains in the front and Firestone all terrains in the back with matching spare on 15 Cragar rims (90 percent tread on all)-Brand new Smittybuilt soft top fully tinted-Smittybilt aggressive net top-Full doors-Aftermarket 6 inch fender flares-Full Cat-Back exhaust-Blacked out grill-Cold air intake-Tail-light guards-2.5L rebuilt and bored .80 over-Brand new Detroit locker in the rear end with 3.73 gearing-Fully Rhino-lined interior-Skid plates on the front and back differentials-Dual steering stabalizers-Black diamond plating-On-board air compressor (Not hooked up)This Jeep has a long history and from what I have figured out the body is from a different jeep of the same year.
