Front Line Automotive Group depends on CarFax for the accuracy of the manufacturer warranty start date and expiration date stated in the vehicle listings. Therefore, no responsibility is assumed by Front Line Automotive Group or its agents for errors or omissions in this information. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify coverage and expiration dates via the vehicle manufacturer. We do offer Services Contracts / Mechanical Breakdown Protection plans on many of our vehicles that are serviced and sold by third party warranty company's and are not administrated by Front Line Automotive Group. Terms of Sale PAYMENT & DEPOSITS Successful high bidder must telephone us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.
A $500.00 deposit via Pay pal is due within 24 hours. Full payment must be received within (7) business days of the end of auction. We accept cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash in person or certified funds. If funds are not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If upon personal visual inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, you find a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or refund all monies paid.
