This loaded up Optima was purchased by us in it's current condition with a Clean and Clear title. Please read our description below. All of our cars are sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve.
Condition - We will do our best to visually describe what this vehicle requires. There is no way to determine exactly what a vehicle needs to bring it back until one gets into the actual project of repairing it so please understand that our description very well may not and probably won't list everything that needs to be done. Now as to this vehicle:
exterior - The vehicle has damage to the front bumper cover, hood, left headlight and right fender. There is scratches on the driver door, driver mirror and the left headlight has broken tabs. In addition, the rear bumper has a couple light scratches and the grille is missing. All the glass and rims are in excellent condition besides a cracked windshield and two rims have a couple outer edge scratches. Two tires are Nexen NPR12 and two are Grand Prix Tour RS(205/65/16), all having about 50% tread remaining.
drive train - The vehicle runs and drives perfectly.
interior- The interior is in excellent condition. All functions work perfectly. The steering wheel airbag has deployed and the driver seatbelt is inoperative. Also, the traction/abs light is on in the dash and there are some spots on the temperature control which can probably be cleaned(pictured).
A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check.
By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents.
Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time.
We welcome all interested parties to come and inspect the car. Please do so before the auction closes, when the auction ends we consider the car sold.
Bidders please be aware that you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase this car. If you do not intend to buy the vehicle, then do not place a bid. Any auction interference will be subject to legal action.
