Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $1, 000 non-refundable deposit within 1 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Fees and Taxes: We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Henderson Hyundai has a Documentary Service Fee of $499.00 that is charged with every vehicle purchase. And a $28.25 Title Fee, pre –owned Smog $42.50* if the vehicle is being picked up in the state of Nevada taxes will be charged to the buyer if registering in NV. If the vehicle is being shipped out of state the buyer is responsible for the taxes and charges that the state they are registering the vehicle in may charge.
