This is in excellent shape. It requires no reconditioning of any kind. You buy this and you will not to put a penny into this. Every feature works, every light works, fresh oil change, new wipers, great tires. 2 key fobs. Rarely can you buy a used car and literally not have to spend any additional money.
This car is in great shape. A dealer would list this as certified in a second. If you look at this, you will not be disappointed.
I have changed the oil myself every 5k miles since I have owned it (more often than recommended in manual). Only with Mobile1 fully synthetic oil and only with Bosch Oil filters (3 unused filters will come with car, I had bought several a while back). Recently replaced the cabin air filter as well.
Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season tires in great shape.These are high end tires that are $550.
In the trunk area, it has the carpet top with Velcro blocks that can be used to keep cargo where you want it, and it has the compartment based option under that carpet. That is a OEM option upgrade (

This is a wonderfully nice little car. It is a great daily driver - reliable as can be and cheap to maintain. Driving from Noblesville to Ft. Ben area I got just a bit over 28mpg with some of that sitting in traffic. That is why I am selling this car - traffic. When I bought it I worked 6 miles from home and a manual was so great to drive. But I changed jobs and now I sit in traffic from time to time and my left knee just does not want to deal with a clutch every day.
If you have not driven a Soul, there is a reason they sell so many. They have much more room than you would guess. They sit up very high. They are very highly rated in all safety categories. They are reliable and will run a long long time.

looks nice and protects front are that is really flat and likely to get hit by rocks. I take this off several times a year to make sure to keep clean under it.

I took this trough a car wash at least once a month, more in the winter. I waxed it often. I treat the dash, trim, etc. I am fanatical about car care.
Includes 2 remote key fobs and key. Both my fobs fully work perfectly as far as lock and unlock/panic.
Brand new wipers. Oil changed 400 miles ago.
Bottom line is this -
if you are shopping for a 2012 Soul, you will not find a better example than this at this price
. It is a manual, and that is clearly not for all. But if you want more car for your money, a manual is a smart buy.
Local dealers want the same $$ for a 2010.
Don't compare a 2010 or 2011 to this as it is more than a 1 year difference
. The earlier years had a 5 speed manual and the engines were both less fuel efficient and less power. They added 22 horse power in 2012 and the EPA rose to 25/30MPG where the 2011 got 24/30MPG. Search edumunds.com for this info.
This is in great shape and has many extras.
Payment options. READ THESE BEFORE BIDDING. THEY ARE NOT FLEXIBLE.Option 1 (preferred) cash. You will get car, signed title and a signed bill of sale.
Option 2 Cashiers Check drawn in front of me. We can meet at a branch of a bank that you use. You will need to get the Cashiers check with me there with you. That way you and I never need to worry about carrying a large sum of cash. You will get car, signed title and a signed bill of sale.

Option 3 Cashiers check with waiting period to clear. If the above two are not acceptable, you can get me a Cashiers check from your bank. I will A) call your bank to verify it and B) we will have to wait 3 days to make sure it clears. You will get a signed bill of sale with details of waiting period in return for check. You do not get the car or the title until check clears. I will not drive car during this time. It will sit in my garage.
The reason 2 and 3 are so strict is that it is not that hard to fake a Cashiers Check.
Local Pickup: I will can meet the buyer in a public place in the Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers area. I can be flexible as long as it is scheduled, including during the work day.
Airport: I will deliver the car to Indianapolis International Airport (IND) for a fee of $100. IND is a full hour away from my house and this means I would need to take 2 hours of my time along with someone else who would be in a different car to drive me back. That is the reason for the additional fee.
Shipping: Buyer is responsible for shipping if they want it delivered to them. I will be happy to work with the selected shipper and be as flexible as possible in getting the car picked up.
