Relisted due to foreign bidder scam attempt.
I was getting ready to have my Kia inspected for another year and decided to repair the rust spots when I received an engine error code. I brought it over to the folks at Autozone and they read the code as a P0302, Misfire on Cylinder Two. The Autozone Tech told me the probable cause was a spark plug, wire, or coil pack problem. As an old guy who has done general auto repairs for over forty years this was going to a piece of cake! I opened up the hood and saw no coil, no wires, and no plugs. After looking at the internet, I saw that the repair was a bit more time consuming and involved than I want to get involved with. I also decided the previous year that I wasn't going to have the car repaired by a shop any longer.
So, here we are...
Before the misfire I was happy with how the car ran and it made a great second vehicle. The previous two years I had the exhaust system replaced, The front brakes and rotors replaced, new rear shocks, and new tires.
Besides the misfire already discussed and the rust you can see in the pictures it's in decent shape. There are no dents, the air conditioning is cold, the heat is hot, and the interior looks nice. The title is clear and it's looking for someone to put in the sweat equity to make it a nice daily driver. I'll even throw in the bondo, paint, and other items I had already purchased to repair the rust.
This car is being offered as is where is with no reserve. Transportation will be the responsibility of the high bidder.
