Terms of sale: NAPERVILLE AUTO HAUS (Herein after referred to as NAH) vehicles are properly safety inspected to maintain a consistency of representation to instill confidence in our customers. We have over 60 years with multi generational car buying experience. Our goal is to offer the most exceptional pre-owned vehicles in the marketplace at excellent prices. We do not purchase our vehicles from auctions. Rest assured, what is represented is what you get, or you have no obligation to buy. Keep in mind, do not assume there will be extra keys/books/manuals unless they are specifically shown in the pictures. Whichever accessories we have for a vehicle will be pictured or noted in the description. All funding must be ready prior to committing to a vehicle. Please have financing preapproved or funds in hand. We are a professional and dependable organization with serious intentions to conduct business with the utmost integrity and we expect the same reciprocity from our customers. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Payment: We urge you to contact us to secure a vehicle with a deposit. Deposits are non refundable upon not obtaining financing or simply changing one's mind, however fully refundable if customer is not satisfied, we emphasize this. NAH is not in the business to keep people's deposits! We can assist in offering financing and if we cannot get you approved we will refund the deposit. We accept certified funds as payment methods including cashiers checks, money orders, wire transfers and on some occasions cash. We offer a $100 discount for wire transfer payments due to the convenience this creates for both sides. Unless other arrangements have been agreed, all vehicles must be paid for in full within 5 days after a deposit is made. Due to rapidly evolving inventory and space constraints, a storage fee of $25 per day may be imposed for paid vehicles left on our facility for over 7 days. This storage fee does not apply to vehicles NAH is arranging shipping for. In addition to the purchase price, all vehicles will have a $168.43 Illinois documentation fee. For customers driving home, we offer 30 day temporary registration plates for $10. Illinois in state customers will be charged sales tax, license plates fees ($101) title fees ($95), and a $25 Computer Vehicle Registration fee. There are also a few tax reciprocal states which NAH collects sales tax, but you only get taxed once. Nearly all out of state deals and out of country deals will require no additional tax collected from NAH. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and feedback is required only when customer is fully satisfied. Shipping: NAH will help arrange shipping through reputable and insured companies. Shipping can take between 1-2 weeks depending on what location in the country the vehicle is going to. Shipping is handled with the utmost care by professionals. NAH is not responsible for vehicles once they left our dealership; the insured shipper or carrier is and insurance information can be provided upon request.
