2009 saw the debut of the new version of the LP640, which is called the Murcilago LP670-4 SV . The most important technical data are weight reduction, through the extensive use of carbon fiber , Alcantara and other lightweight materials, coming to remove 100 kg (1, 565 kg in 1665 against the LP640). The engine delivers 670 hp (from which the correction in the name of the car), but the drive remains integral, from which the 4 in the name. The remaining letters SV means Super Fast.
