Description:

The Scorpion runs well. It has been fitted with an electric choke Weber carb and an aftermarket exhaust with no catalytic convertor. The car runs cool with the radiator fan relay jumped. It could be easily wired so that it comes with a manual switch or a thermostatic switch. The transmission and clutch work as they should. All the glass is good. The roll up top is in good shape.
The brakes work and stop in a straight line. Steering is tight and go-kart like. It is fun to drive.
The pop up headlights work.
The body is largely free of rust. The floorboards under both seats has been replaced. There is some surface rust under carpet in the front luggage compartment. The rockers look good and feel solid.
The interior is nice. The driver’s seat does have a split seam that should be re-stitched.
The speedometer and odometer work.
The a/c compressor is missing, so no a/c.
In person inspection/test drive is encouraged. Car has clear TN title in our name.
