The Original owner was the Fire Department of Oberwil -Lieli, Canton Aargau, Switzerland
(A small village with an approx. population of 2200 at an altitude of 530 meters/0.32933 Miles.)
The vehicle was repainted red per specifications of the Fire Dept.
It served as the Fire Dept. Command Vehicle.
It was maintained and service by Automechanik Peter Huwiler Mech Werkstatte, 6277 Lieli, Switzerland. (sticker still on vehicle)
The vehicle was found in the spring of 2009 in a barn behind a vacation property in Luzern, Switzerland.
It was transported to the Netherlands in the spring of 2010 and officially registered in May of 2010. The odometer read 23755 KM.
The license plate was 70-YB-41
The Land rover was later traced to a farm on the island of Texel (Wadden islands in the North of The Netherlands) and went missing until it recently turned up in a barn in a village called Stoe, near Barneveld , The Netherlands in November 2015
