Beautiful Defender. Excellent condition for this original LHD 1986 Land Rover Defender 90. 101, 000 miles on it; which is very low for a 1986 Defender. Shows some scratches and normal dings, but nothing major. Original frame, new suspension parts plus all of the following is new from 2016:
-New black boots with new General Grabber 235 85 16 tires
-New powder coated springs and new shocks, new bump stops
-New black powder coated platings on wing tops, sills, and rear quarters
-New black powder coated hood frame and roll bars
-New black powder coated sidesteps
-New high gloss grills and headlight surrounds
-New high gloss front bumper
-New high gloss OE fender flares
-New black MOHAIR soft top with Tenax studs, side and rear windows with zips
-Recently installed grooved and grilled front brake rotors
-2.5 Diesel engine fully serviced, fluids and filters replaced. Axles and diff cleaned and fitted with new oils
-New Land Rover floor mats
-Original rear bench seats
-No electrical or mechanical issues
The actual date on the vehicle is 1986 NOT 1980, but since it is a EURO VIN, Ebay forces sellers to put in a date before 1981, so I put in 1980 to allow the listing to proceed. This happens with all of the EURO VIN Defenders. VIN # entered is a EURO VIN as this vehicle was transported from the Europe a couple years ago. It is now located in Houston and fully registered in the state of Texas under that VIN and my insurance company was able to locate it and insure it with that VIN as well.
I will not ship, but will help with your shipping arrangement if necessary. A $500 deposit is required.
