This auction is for beautiful difficult-to-find '94 Land Rover Defender 90. Full time 4 wheel drive with high-low range, 5 speed manual transmission, Hella Lamps with front brush guard, hard top. Sony CDX-CA700X CD Stereo with speakers throughout. Alloy wheels, waterproof seat upholstery, 2 passenger back bench seat with 3 point seat belts, side steps.
This car was kept in the GARAGE when not being driven. All maintenance was performed timely. This car was always driven on-road.

Payment: I will accept the following as valid payment: Certified check, Paypal, bank-to-bank wire transfers. Payment must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid on eBay auction vehicles. Foreign transactions, purchases from clients outside of the United States, must pay by wire transfer only. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please contact me with any questions.
Deposit: The winning bidder is required to submit a $2, 000 deposit which is due immediately following the close of the auction. This $2, 000 deposit is good towards the purchase of the vehicle and will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase. If the vehicle is not picked up or paid for completely within 7-days from the close of auction, a $2, 000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to extend our hold period to 14 days, unless other arrangements are made beforehand. All deposits and fees collected are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event the vehicle is not paid.
Balance of Payment Due: The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (PLUS ALL applicable fees, license, registration and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed and paid for in full before delivery of the vehicle. If the car is not paid for I reserve the right to resell the vehicle seven days after the close of the eBay auction or receipt of deposit. If you wish to obtain financing, please do so ahead of time.
Additional fees and taxes: Out-of-State transaction requires Documentary Fee. California buyers will be charged documentary fee, state sales tax, licensing / Registration and processed on your behalf.
Out of state or Country buyers are responsible for ALL State, County, City, taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Vehicle Titles: Vehicle titles are on hand and ready for delivery. If payment is made via wire transfer or cashier's check, we will hold the title until ALL funds have cleared (10 business days). Note to all International and Canadian Buyers, I can assist you by faxing proper sales and title documentation to the U.S. border crossing or shipping port of choice for you.
Vehicle Shipping: Buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer Inspections: I have accurately and fairly described and disclosed all information known about this vehicle in order for you to make an informed decision. You are invited to view this car in-person in Northern New Jersey.Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Subject vehicle is being sold as-is. No representations or standard warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
Successful Bidder: The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes and it is imperative that he/she must email us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
