Welcome to AdventureMotorCar's online listing. You are viewing a 1997 British Racing Green Land Rover Defender 90 Soft Top model. This one of only 1, 499 Soft Tops made in 1997. This is a nice, clean, well-optioned Defender 90 that runs and drives as good as it looks. You will notice that this vehicle has been well cared for over the past 18 years. The CARFAX report is clean and shows this to be a three owner (one of the owners was a dealer) Defender 90 with no accidents. I have the Original Owner's manual and one set of keys.
Options include; 4.0L V-8 Engine, ZF Automatic transmission, Air Conditioning, Land Rover Soft Top, front lamp guards, rear lamp guards, galvanized front skid plate, 16 Factory Alloy Wheels, 265/75 R16 BF Goodrich Radial All Terrain tires, (4) passenger Vinyl seating, Stainless steel doortop nuts, Land Rover AM/ FM/ tape player stereo system, Land Rover weather resistant Speakers, Land Rover rubber matting (front and rear), and more!
The exterior is in good condition. The wheels look good and the tires have some tread remaining. The soft top and windows are in good original condition (see pics). The only exterior apologies are a few minor imperfections typical of an eighteen-year-old vehicle (see pics).
The interior is in good condition. All seats look good and the rubber matting has some light wear than you would expect from a 18-year-old vehicle.
This Defender drives very well. The automatic transmission shifts well through all gears.
