All of these service records along with the owner's manual are present.
Currently the passenger side front window is working intermittently. as you can see in the pictures the passenger side doors have taken a hit on the lower portion of the doors which could have been trail or parking lot damage as the carfax and autocheck reports do not show any accidents of any kind. This is also a southern vehicle so there is no worry of salt/snow rust damage. The coating on the brushguard is peeling as you can see in the pictures. The headliner which is known for sagging or coming apart has been removed and the liner has been coated in textured black finish that not only looks good but will not sag or fail again. The check engine is currently on as seen in the pictures but the truck runs great as I have been driving it daily. The heat and air work well also. The codes for the check engine light show that the o2 sensors could possibly be bad again which is not likely and most likely points to poor connections. Anytime this Rover needed anything it was taken care of by the same shop so they were very familiar with and no corners were cut and no expenses were spared when it was time for service/repair. The lower left hand portion of the gauge bezel is cracked where it looks like someone over tightened the screw. All of the buttons attached the to bezel work proper such as wipers, fog lights, etc. Bid with confidence and good luck!
