This 2004 Freelander HSE was tracked down and purchased by us for a customer for his daughter. Seems she really had her heart set on a BMW convertible and wasn't happy with her Dad's choice. We found her a BMW and at least she is happy.The was a California car which explains the fabulous and rust free overall condition. Finished in rare Giverney Pearl Metallic with a soft beige leather interior and beautiful alloy wheels, the car is very handsome. The car has brand new tires and battery and has the following equipment / features:V-6, Automatic trans, All Wheel Drive, Air Cond, Hill Control, AM/FM/CD, Power Locks, Power Windows, Sunroof, tilt wheel, ABS and Traction Control. Car Fax shows Manufacture Buyback that led to the engine being replaced at 42, 000 miles at the dealer so the engine only has 47, 000 miles to date.The check engine light was on and the code was for VIS intake butterflies which we had repaired.
I have a reserve on the car that is thousands less than the car's NADA.This is a rust free desert car with a nearly flawless body. The beige leather interior is beautiful and is nearly perfect except for some normal hairline cracks right at the edge of the bolsters. The spare tire had been stolen however I was able to track down a nice matching wheel for the spare. The tire on the spare wheel is round and holds air but thats about the best things you can say about it.Car sold as is where is with no warranties, inspections are welcomed here in Cary, IL and Illinois Buyers are required to pay 7% sales tax.
