Land Rover Series ll-A 1964
This Land Rover has been restored in all the ways that matter. Enhanced 2.5L 4cyl engine for power and fuel efficiency, Rebuilt 4 speed transmission, Rochester carburetor, new model performance distributor and hi performance coil, starter, generator, differentials, Roverdrive overdrive, Old Man Emu shocks, offroad lights in front, adjustable rear offroad light for reversing and general use, BF Goodrich all terrain tires, hood mounted spare tire, gun rack inside, new elephant hide gray seats, locking under seat storage, hi-lift jack, locking wheel hubs, spare electrical source for outback camping, gas can, working heater and wipers, new window glass, etc.. Rear bench seats are included but are not currently installed.
Outside of vehicle is polished aluminum, inside is original Land Rover light blue. Some wear and tear since for most of its life it has been a working vehicle, suitable for expeditions, offroad work, or daily driving.
This is a classic, will go anywhere, and gets excellent mileage with it’s 4 banger and aluminum body. Even better mileage with the top removed. Doors and windows and windscreen are also removable. All rebuild parts are genuine Land Rover except where noted, and were installed by a respected mechanic shop.
It has had the fluids replaced and has been garaged for the last year or so. It starts right up.
Payment and shipping:
This is an as is auction and sale is final. Buyer will need to make a $1000 non-refundable deposit payment via PayPal within 24 hours of close of sale, and balance of payment due within 72 hours of close of sale via bank transfer or bank cashiers check. Title will be express mailed to the new owner on receipt of payment. Vehicle must be picked up for transport within 10 days of close of sale and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Because in AZ the vehicle comes with no license plate or transferable insurance the best idea would be to have it transported by trailer or vehicle transport.
This auction is open to USA and Canadian buyers only. Please note that Canadian buyers will need to convert their money and pay in USD, we will not accept payment in CDN, this is due to bank fees and exchange costs. Sorry.
