- I reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction, cancel any and all bids at my own discretion. I also reserve the right to end the auction early if I feel necessary.- The odometer as of 5-6-15 reads 1608 but may change by the time the vehicle is sold.- Buyer is welcome to a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have one please make sure you have it completed before the end of the auction and Inspection Fees are the Buyers sole responsibility.- The vehicle is being sold AS-IS and manufacturer's warranty still applies. - A deposit of $5, 000 by Cashier's Check, Cash (only in person and at a bank) are non-refundable and must be paid within the close of the auction. After the deposit has been submitted, Buyer must fax or email a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license and the remaining balance owed from the auction must be paid within 3 days. I reserve the right to hold the title until funds have been cleared.- Buyer is responsible for having knowledge of their own states' laws in regards to any and all taxes and fees that are associated with purchasing a vehicle from a private party. If I cannot legitimize or confirm your intent to buy my vehicle, or the sale is not completed within 3 days, I reserve the right to list my vehicle again and sell to any other qualified buyer.-
Before the vehicle will be released for pickup or shipment by or to the Buyer, ALL sale-related and title-related paperwork MUST be signed, notarized and returned to me (the Seller)
