I am a car dealer in Asheville, North Carolina - Mayday Rental Cars. Often I purchase a car at auction for friends with a fixed $500 markup - this time I decided to buy a very specific car for a friend of a friend - big mistake on my part - the client that was unable to procure financing so hence I have a car that needs to go elsewhere.
This car was purchased last month at Manheim Auto Auction in Orlando. The sales amount with the auction fee was $29, 920. The transport fee to Asheville, NC was $484 and then there was another $400 for a set of Michelins with very minimal wear. I am selling this vehicle for $30, 800 which is basically at cost. I will be happy to provide a copy of all invoices to anyone that requests such.
Manheim Auto Auction rated this car a 4.4 out of 5 which is an excellent condition rating. The car is in great condition - just what my client wanted. ...Despite that it really is a great looking car. Pearl White with black leather and she insisted on Navigation. Now for disclosures:
Damages: It has several nicks on the back bumper which can easily be touched up. I plan on ordering touch-up paint this week.
Accident History: Carfax shows an accident in January 2015 reported by a Florida.police officer. The report indicated that the vehicle was functional following the accident and that airbags did not deploy.We have thoroughly inspected this vehicle and we find no frame damage nor any damage to the radiator support. Our conclusion is that any accident was very minor.. The front bumper cover has been professionally painted and the front grill has been replaced with an OEM Lexus part. Any indications that it was involved in an accident are not obvious to an untrained eye.
Upon request, I will be happy to provide more pictures, a copy of the Carfax report and service history which I was able to access through Lexus online.
