Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder agrees to make payment arrangements within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. You are required to handle and pay taxes in your own state for this vehicle.

Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

At Auction Close
Winning bidder must telephone within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. 
Within 48 hours of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, or certified funds unless alternate arangements are made with Penn Toyota. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle will be put back in stock and non payment negative feedback given.

If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

Penn Toyota accepts cashiers checks, certified bank checks, from approved financial institutions.
New York buyers must pay sales tax plus applicable fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own tax/title/registration fees.
