I have all, yes ALL, the service records for my RX300 from the in-service date! They go with the vehicle. The complete maintenance history receipts come with it, and they're all in an excel spreadsheet as well. The expensive 90k timing belt service was done by Lexus of Akron-Canton (where I bought the RX), and I had the water pump done at that time as well. As of this posting, it has approximately 146, 400 miles.
I have the CLEAN CarFax report from when I bought the vehicle, and it has been in no accidents since bought it. I am the third owner. The title is clear.

This RX300 AWD is about as loaded as they come. It does have the factory Navigation system, HID Headlights, Heated Front Seats, Glass Power-Sunroof. Factory Chrome Wheels (a rare option, which cost $1700), the 6-disc in-dash CD changer, leather, wood/leather steering wheel, and power everything.
In my opinion, the wear and tear on the vehicle is minimal considering its age. I'm sure it helps that it has been garage-kept and not stored outside, which helps to keep the finish nice. I do have factory touch-up paint for it, which I use to touch up any stone chips. The interior is very clean (non-smoker, no pets), and the leather is very clean with the only wear that I see showing on driver's seat. Sometimes the driver's side window hesitates to go up. Thus far, it always has after flipping the switch multiple times, so it may continue to do that or it may not. But I do disclose that. The windshield is in great condition with no cracks. There are rubber floor mats for the driver and passenger sides which collect anything on your shoes, and these have helped to keep the carpets inside very clean!
Regarding maintenance: As stated above, I have the complete service history for this RX300! The tires were replaced about 17, 000 miles ago (at 129, 498) with Yokohamas so there is still good tread on them. The front and rear brakes were last replaced with OEM Lexus brakes about 14, 000 miles ago (at 132, 523) so there is still plenty of brake pad remaining. Incidentally, OEM brakes on these are rather expensive, which you'll see if you look into it. Fortunately this has already been done recently!
I'm always very careful where I park, which helps to explain why I think you'll find NO dents or even dings on the body of this car. There are places that have shallow hairline scratches, but you only see those if you look closely in my opinion. To the best of my knowledge, there's no rust on the body either – please inspect and verify for yourself. The vehicle is in Alliance, OH 44601.
