This beautiful 1966 Lincoln Continental Coupe was formerly displayed in the National Auto and Truck Museum in Auburn, Indiana. The car was built on October 12, 1965 at the Wixom, Michigan, plant -- known for having the most highly skilled craftsmen and for having the highest level of quality control in the American auto industry. This rare two door Coupe was subsequently sold by the Museum to a Lincoln Owner's Club member who retained the car for nine years, from October 2006 to October 2015. This gentleman is expert in Lincolns -- he restores at least one solid car a year -- and he oversaw & performed the restoration of this car. This car had no rust, a totally straight body and underpinnings, documented ownership, verified mileage. Body is laser straight, the new paint job is stellar. Perfect Russet paint with matching Emberglow leather interior in gorgeous original condition, new & immaculate white top. A most distinctive color combination.
This Continental Coupe is stunning -- it is as good in person as it looks in the photos!

vinyl top, complete dual exhaust, timing chain & gears, brakes, master cylinder, brake lines and hoses, wheel cylinders, shock absorbers, carburetor, air conditioning compressor, A/C receiver & dryer, driver window electric motor, power steering seal & hoses, steering gear, center drag link, transmission pan seal, oil pan gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, plugs, points, condenser, voltage regulator, starter solenoid, ignition switch, fuel filter, fuel lines, valve cover gaskets, thermostat, battery and cables, hoses, belts throughout, air cleaner, water junction block, fan clutch, distributor and leads. heater control valve, power steering filter, washer reservoir bag, gas tank new sending unit, all interior bulbs including dashboard bulbs, interior removed and new sound deadening felt pad installed & new insulation, new front seat foam, trunk kit with sound deadener, rubber weatherstripping, rear splash guard, bumper ends, both roof rails, door drain slots, reproduction hood ornament, front & rear radio speakers, temperature control sensors and master control unit (brain box).
New Old Stock:
windshield and washer switch, rear quarter end reflectors, quarter panel scripts, trunk lock cover, fender stars, turn signal lenses, power door lock control valve, blower motor.
Rebuilt:
automatic transmission, alternator, fuel pump, water pump, windshield washer pump, power seat track disassembled/rebuilt/greased, window safety relay, AM/FM radio, blower fan. Replaced gas tank. Re-cored radiator and heater, clock serviced, interior removed and new sound deadening felt pad installed & new insulation, upgraded automatic temperature control system.

bumpers, door handles, roof beltline, all die-cast parts.
