This 1976 Continental is one of the nicest continentals you can find today. With only 23, 753 original miles the car is pretty much new. It was only driven by a Northwestern doctors wife on the weekends and has been stored in a heated garage ever since it was purchased.
The car was originally custom ordered by the owner of Touhy Motors Ford and Lincoln dealership. The Continental has only had the best care over the years and is a shining example of what a brand new Continental would have been like in the late 70s.
The car was serviced through Ford dealerships until the warranty ran out and then was serviced through a repeatable mechanic.
The car is completely bone stock and looks as if it just came off the dealership showroom floor. I have all documentation of the car, including the “barf” bag that came with it when it was bought. Everything on the car is original and has been barley been used. You can see how good of shape the car is in by looking at the trunk. You will notice that the cardboard lining still looks brand new and that the tire jack has never been removed. Even the markings on the spare tire are still visible to read.
The original markings that were put on the car when it was being built are still highly visible and show no sign of wear. The interior is flawless with no rips, tears or fading. All of the electronics and gauges are in perfect condition and work flawlessly.
If your in the market for a comfortable cruiser that will have people thinking your in the mob than this is you car. Nowhere else will you find a Continental that is all original and looks like this.
As stated above the Continental comes with all original documents, including the barf bag when it was purchased new from the dealer. All service records are also included.
