The Continental is immaculate!!! The interior is just about perfect. The top looks like the day it came out of the show room! Underside is beautiful and rust free. The exterior is close to perfect. There are a few blemishes in the paint but its still nicer than many show cars and easily one of the nicest 76 Lincoln 2 doors out there! I am in NO hurry to sell and actually wouldn't mind driving her more this summer. I just don't have winter storage. The car has been garage kept all its life and I don't want that to change just because I have another collector car coming this Fall. I drive this car daily so mileage will change. This car has gone on long trips for 100s of miles and also gets groceries. Everything works as it should! Gauges work, lights work, clock works, power windows and seat work as they should!
You are getting a GREAT cruiser and SHOW CAR at a fraction of the price. You will get this for less than half of a Galaxie, Impala, or such in this same shape! Double Roller Timing Chain (cam advanced 4* from the horrible emissions 4* retarding that happened 1972 and beyond). This significantly increases performance and MPG! Just by advancing the cam this car picked up close to 25% increase in efficiency and the power increase was easy to feel! She scoots!
