This absolutely magnificent original Lincoln Continental convertible came from one of the world’s foremost Lincoln collectors.
He had at least one from every year in his collection… These four door convertibles were produced by Lincoln between 1961 and 1967.
Henry Dutton acquired this particular car from an electrical contractor in the Chicago area who had purchased this car new in 1963. He found it in 1968 in the Chicago Tribune. The original seller explained that he had never driven the car any other time than in the summer… When he had purchased it in 68 it had 30, 000 miles… today… some 47 years later it has 49, 000 miles.
