Next up for auction is a nice rust free Lincoln that we bought almost a year ago . It came out of a small classic car auction and was an elderly person's car right here in Phoenix.
The car sat in my garage under a cover until today I purchased a brand-new battery and drove it around 100 miles today.
Everything is great they air conditioning is still cold . .the engine runs perfectly.. and the power of the Windsor V8 5.0 puts you back in your seat nicely !!
A couple things to mention since I reconnected the battery there are a few things that may need to be reset the odometer says unreadable and the antilock an airbag light occasionally come on.
Likely after driving another day or two the computer will reset but as of right now there are some lights on.
I love this car and I planned on keeping it for many years ...however my garage only holds three cars , and it is about to get very hot outside :(
we have got to put the cars that are in use, under cover.
We bought the car with 119, 954 miles and it likely will have 80-150 more miles when the odo is back working.
Another thing to mention is that this car was originally silver and has been repainted black... it is a decent paint job but they did not do all of the door jams etc. ..
Like I said the car is a good daily driver it has a nice classic look and is very dependable we hope to see the car bring over $3500..that would be fair in our opinion but you will decide ultimately .. We can only guess or hope or the car will sell for ultimately it is your decision
