1978 Lincoln Continental Mark V Super low reserve
All original special collector series that was part of the Wedgewood Blue Luxury Group, ordered with the ice blue metallic original paint, landau vinly roof and Wedgewood blue velour interior.
I purchased the vehicle from the original owner who had it sitting in a garage for over 24 years. It was his vacation car and weekend car. He purchased this vehicle here in California where it stayed all it's life. People have asked why I am selling it . I haven't changed anything but the necessary work to get it running smoothly on the streets. The car is ALL ORIGINAL.
Car has only 61k original miles on the 400 v8 6.6L engine and it shows. Power everything from windows, seat, locks. All the lighting works, headlights and windshield wipers work. Cars has been detailed. Original mats and the original brand new spare with carpeted trunk and tools. No cracks or large tears in the interior. AC and heater work. 8 track player radio. Original Brochure from when ordered. (Please see picture).
I have done all the maintenance required to get the vehicle running. Passed smog with flying colors. ( copy of smog will be given) Brand new 1 inch hancook white wall tires.
Recent work: Tune up- plugs, wires, distributor, coil, flush every fluid, complete brake haul. Fuel pump, new tires, new driver window regulator, new battery.
The pictures will speak for them selves on how well the car presents itself. Mechanical this car starts up everything morning for me before work so she drives pretty. This car drives so well and all the brakes have been serviced. Its ready to go. just some minor things here and there.
This vehicle is my daily driver so miles may vary but luckily I am only a mile away from home so not too many. I stand by everything I mentioned and if you have a questions I did not answer please message me. I look at my messages daily. Payment will bee through paypal only. Nothing else. | “Car was sitting for 25 years so it's in great shape as you will see but here are some little things that are wrong with the vehicle. Radio antenna wont go up. could be stuck? 8-track hasn't been tested but the radio and speakers are great. power locks wont unlock or lock. I hear the motor but nothing happens. slight chips, dents and scratches here and there. check the pictures. back passenger chrome dented but just the chrome nothing else, Car was unharmed. missing center for hub cap. Lots of play in the steering. Could be ball joint or needs alignment. A/C works but doesn't get too cold. I am not a mechanic and everything other than what I mentioned is working fine on the car.” |
