This vehicle is a 2000 Lincoln Town Car Series L. If you are not familiar with the Series L it is about 6 inches longer than a regular Town Car. The Series L is made especially for the Transportation industry and that is where this vehicle spent its entire life. We bought it new.
The vehicle has a black exterior. Lincoln calls the interior black, but it is more like a very, very dark graphite gray. It is equipped with power windows, power steering, power brakes, power seats, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, leather interior, tinted rear windows, air conditioning, AM/FM/cassette, aluminum wheels, and of course that Series L option which adds a lot of room to the rear seating of the vehicle. I am a big guy and this option lets me put the driver’s seat all the way back without crowding the rear seat passengers.
Again, we have owned this vehicle since new. It has been part of our fleet here at our limousine service. It has been kept indoors when not working, not left outside in the parking lot like many livery vehicles. We have fairly comprehensive service records and shoot for oil changes every 4000 miles. As it is a livery vehicle, it has very high mileage (currently 528, 368) but definitely looks and performs a LOT better than the mileage would indicate.
If you want a good second car at a good price and need a lot of space like I do this is a great car. The headroom and legroom and seat width are great for larger people. If you were looking for a vehicle to convert to a taxi, it would be perfect for that purpose also. The vehicle can be seen at our garage in the downtown area of Cincinnati.
We have a reasonable reserve for this car, so it could be a good value for you! Please DO NOT ask me for “the least you will take” as I will not answer that question. Come out and look at it and then make an offer…..Come and take a look! It will be worth your time!!! As this vehicle is also listed locally, I reserve the right to remove it from Ebay at anytime.
